Eagle is hired by KASK, an Italian manufacturer of high-end sport and construction helmets, to identify and secure an historic, architecturally compelling SouthEnd building to renovate for their Charlotte office/showroom.

Despite a competitive market with limited inventory available for sale, Eagle quickly identifies three off-market purchase opportunities. Thanks to a creative contract structure, Eagle ultimately secures the historic Hovis Radiator building at 301 W. Summit Ave for KASK.

Eagle introduces KASK to architect Don Peadon (Peadon Finein Architecture), who is challenged with delivering a renovation that is at once creative and accepted by the Historic Landmark Commission. Following a year-long renovation, KASK opens for business in January 2019 and their building is nominated for The Charlotte Museum of History’s 2019 Historic Preservation Award.
